Damian Rainey

Damian Rainey serves on the Board of Directors for the Port Chicago Alliance, bringing extensive experience in research, strategy, and consulting. He has partnered with organizations such as the National Football League, Microsoft, Airbnb, and Electronic Arts to design and implement initiatives that translate complex insights into clear strategies for impact.

His work has also supported nonprofit, civic, and community organizations focused on equity and justice, including initiatives in education, youth development, environmental sustainability, and cultural preservation. Across these efforts, he has sought to bridge rigorous research with values-driven advocacy, ensuring that insights lead to meaningful and lasting impact.
