Halle Antoine

Halle Antoine is a community storyteller and Social Media Director at the Port Chicago Alliance. As a first-generation Afro-Latina holding a B.A. in Media Studies with minors in Ethnic Studies and Creative Writing from the University of California, Berkeley, Halle believes in the power of narrative to heal communities, inspire youth, and build bridges across generations.

Through the power of empathy, Halle brings together digital strategy, community engagement, and the long-standing tradition of social justice organizing from LA to the Bay. With experience spanning as a nonprofit Youth Tennis Coach, Meta Social Media Strategist, and grassroots advocate, she is committed to amplifying underrepresented voices and connecting youth, families, and elders through meaningful storytelling.

Halle helps carry forward the legacy of the Port Chicago Sailors, ensuring their story of sacrifice and justice remains a guiding light for generations to come.
